i'm on strike today.. not going to do any readings. like michelle said, once in awhile we need to be able to just go on strike :) SO I'M ON STRIKE NOW!
anyway i feel so cheated cos it was so warm yesterday so today i decided i'd just wear one layer and when i went out it was cold :( sob. and there was an AWFUL traffic jam in the morning so we were half an hour late for a 1 hour lecture. gosh. we should all have wings then traffic jams wouldn't exist.
51 more days till i'm home. haha.i'm the optimistic one cos i count down to the day we take off..while michelle counts down to the day we land :p haha. but i insist. it's 51 days!! not 52!! haha.
CNY is coming and i want pineapple tarts! and ang baos! and to go to chinatown (even though EVERYONE i talk to says they don't go to chinatown and justus says chinatown is for kids...) but nvm, i will learn how to make steamboat with my ricecooker. i love my ricecooker... it's like a super all-in-one machine :) and i should win an award from being an experimentalist with the ricecooker..i showed hwee my steamed egg on webcam and she kept going yeee. but then that's cos she doesnt like egg. anyone else would have clapped their hands and given me a standing ovation.
obviously there is alot of nonsense going on in my head leading to delusions about standing ovations for steamed eggs.
so i shall go off now and go take a walk in holborn.
i hereby renounce my loyalty to salami sandwiches. i am NOT going to eat sandwiches for the next 2 weeks. (well this week and next week)
